As of Wednesday, July 7th, 2021, Bristol Animal Hospital will begin Phase 1 of our re-opening process! We are so appreciative of everyone’s patience as we have operated in curbside mode and continue to try to meet what is an unprecedented demand for veterinary services.

We will be making the following changes:

When you arrive at our hospital for your pet’s appointment, please give us a call. We will give you the option of either accompanying your pet inside or us taking your pet inside while you wait outside (curbside service, the mode we have been operating in).

For clients who wish to come inside with their pets, we ask the following to allow us to manage foot traffic and avoid congestion throughout our hospital:

  • Only one person to accompany their pet.
  • Masks are mandatory while in our hospital.
  • One of our team members will escort you in with your pet. We ask that clients only enter our building with a team member.
  • To be able to provide as much social distancing as possible in our small exam rooms, please allow us to hold your pet during the exam.

For medication and food pick-ups, technician appointments, and surgical/dental admissions, we will still be proceeding in a curbside mode for now. Just give us a call when you arrive unless your purchases are in the “to-go” box outside. Again, at this time only clients with appointments and escorted by a staff member will be allowed access to the building.
